Studio Policy

Ghostwriter is an intimate, appointment-only studio. No drop-ins accommodated.

I enjoy providing truly private sessions for each of you. And will chat with you until the next client arrives!

With that knowledge, when you’re arriving: Please feel free to enter the studio 5 minutes before your session. Use the time to take off your shoes, start your roll-downs, or say hi to the outbound victim… eeeh, client. C-L-I-E-N-T. 😇

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. This ensures you don’t forfeit a pre-paid session. It also lets me accommodate another client.

Note: This policy doesn’t apply in the case of illness, emergency, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Life happens. We’re in it together.

To rewrite movement patterns, we need to iterate, proofread, tweak, and polish. Consistently. The better we adhere to your training schedule — the better the outcomes of the ghostwriting efforts. ;)

In the event where Ghostwriter Pilates has to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event where you — the client— are notified late, Ghostwriter Pilates will comp your next session (if paying single sessions) or simply not deduct the next session you complete from your package.

Exceptions to this policy: Emergency, inclement weather, sudden illness

Packages expire in a reasonable timeframe ;)

4-pack: valid for 3 month

10-pack: valid for 6 months

Intro 3-pack: valid 1 month
