HOW IT WORKS

  • We evaluate your movement — what’s working, what’s not (and why), and what to tweak. If you’re currently in physical therapy (or have recently completed PT), please bring documentation with your diagnosis and treatment plan (exercises). If preferred, I’m happy to communicate directly with your therapist to ensure pilates programming supports your needs and contributes to continuity of care.

  • Every session untangles old movement patterns and builds new ones—tailored to you.

    You deserve to have fun and to be challenged — appropriately. To this end, no two sessions are the same. You will use all equipment and small props.

    Exercises are always modified for your needs, vibe (because some days are different than others), and fitness level.
